566 Commercial Historic Office Renovation

566 Commercial is the first office renovation we designed in the ongoing post-covid renaissance of Downtown San Francisco that we are excited to be part of. Our clients wanted a ground floor that felt like a hip coffee shop or wine bar, and the upper floors had to be re-positioned to feel like modern, light-filled offices. We took advantage of the existing brick and timber structure and large windows facing Commercial Street. Together with the modern kitchens, roof deck, and 'putting green' in the basement, a functional, highly amenitized office interior was created within the classic historic brick and timber building.
